Botox® Aftercare

Proper aftercare following your Botox® treatment helps ensure optimal results and reduces the risk of unwanted side effects. Botox treatments require minimal downtime, and most clients can return to their normal activities shortly after their appointment.

Immediately After Treatment

For the first 4 hours after your treatment, it is recommended that you:

Remain upright and avoid lying down
Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas
Avoid applying pressure to the injection sites

These precautions help ensure the product remains in the targeted muscles.

For the First 24 Hours

To allow the Botox to properly settle, we recommend avoiding:

Strenuous exercise
Excessive heat such as saunas, hot tubs, or tanning
Alcohol consumption
Facial treatments or massages
Makeup application on the treated area (if possible)

What To Expect

It is normal to experience mild redness, swelling, or small bumps at the injection sites immediately after treatment. These typically resolve within a few hours.
